gold motel- make me stay
today I made ginger/green onion crab :) I was a little scared about dumping the crabs into the hot water >_____< they were staring at me begging not to die however I got over it and threw them in there. After taking them out of the boiling hot water I scrubbed them down with salt and washed them with cold water ^_____^ and began cooking them. It turned out great :) i’m quite proud of myself at the moment.

A new list of things I want to do before I go poof.
1. Travel; specifically I want to travel to Hawaii, Paris (and many other places in Europe), Guangzhou (where my mom grew up), visit at least half of the states, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
2. Recreational sports (because I am no fan of competition); Rock climbing, bouldering, sky diving (indoor and out) and scuba diving
3.Take more pictures :)
4. Knit a scarf and a stuff animal
5.Read more (the classics specifically)
6. Bake like a pro
7. Save money!

On June 11, went to JuJu Bee with Leon, Linda, Kaje, Thanhbinh and Sam. We shared one large bottle of yogurt flavored soju, fried chicken wings and shaved ice. The customer service was great, but was kind of expected because we were the only people there o___o nonetheless it was good but the food was overpriced for the quality:<. Afterwards headed to Safeway to buy drinks and snacks then went over to Leon’s house to hang out. I had my fruity drink:) and Kaje bought three 40 cans of beer. We played 99, a card game of adding cards to reach 99 (trust me its fun to play) and in an hour we were all exhausted. Overall it was a great night, one of the best nights of my summer so far..
A fraction of my summer 1/? 2010
About two weeks ago, I went out with Leon, Linda, Jimmy and Calvin to Santana Row (Sorry I’m kind of a shy about taking pictures so I didn’t take out my camera and take pictures) Everyone except Leon and Calvin ate at Pluto’s. The food was okay ~_~ I probably would go there another time when it’s not so busy. Afterwards we wandered around Santana Row and ventured off to Valley Fair afterwards.
After shopping, we went relaxed at the park behind Leon’s house and played apples to apples :)
