today I made ginger/green onion crab :) I was a little scared about dumping the crabs into the hot water >_____< they were staring at me begging not to die however I got over it and threw them in there. After taking them out of the boiling hot water I scrubbed them down with salt and washed them with cold water ^_____^ and began cooking them. It turned out great :) i’m quite proud of...
